We ship worldwide!

• USPS First Class = United States Postal Service, First Class Mail.

• USPS Parcel Post = United States Postal Service, Parcel Post (can take up to 4 weeks)

• USPS Priority or FedEx Ground = It will either be sent through the Post Office by Priority or through FedEx Ground Delivery, depending on the weight and insurance amount on the order. 

• ****If you have a preference when selecting USPS Priority/FedEx Ground, please EMAIL us so that we will know. 

• USPS stands for United States Post Office, NOT UPS, which is United Parcel Service.  We do not ship via UPS unless it is requested by the customer over the phone or by email.

• Shipping costs are configured for the Continental United States. 

• Outside the Continental U.S. is determined by destination, weight, value, and type of service selected.  Additional charges apply.

• Orders received after 2pm, will be processed and shipped the following business day.  If the order is needed immediately, please call our office and we will work with you.

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of being received, depending on the size of the order and time it was received.

Return Policy

Returns must be approved before they can be accepted.  All items must be returned, with an authorization code, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Items must be in original condition and packaging.
